Addiction & Substance Use Therapy in Fort Worth & Across Texas
Substance use rarely exists in isolation. More often it's connected to something else , trauma that hasn't been processed, anxiety that never lets up, depression that makes it hard to feel anything, or pain that needed somewhere to go. Getting sober is one part of the work. Understanding what you've been managing with substances is another.
At Mindful Possibilities, we approach addiction and substance use without judgment. We're here to help you understand what's driving the pattern and build a sustainable path forward , whatever that looks like for you.
What We Help With
Alcohol use disorder, drug use and dependency, marijuana use, prescription medication misuse, co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders (dual diagnosis), early recovery support, relapse prevention, and the emotional and relational impact of addiction.
