ADHD Therapy in Fort Worth & Across Texas

You know what you're supposed to do. You might even know exactly how to do it. But sitting down and actually starting feels like pushing through concrete. Then when you finally get going, you can't stop. The cycle of avoidance, last-minute scrambling, and shame about both is exhausting in a way that's hard to explain to people who don't experience it.

ADHD shows up differently for everyone, and it affects a lot more than attention. Therapy can help you understand your specific patterns, build systems that actually work for your brain, and stop measuring yourself against a standard that was never designed for you.

What We Help With

Executive function challenges, emotional dysregulation, time blindness and procrastination, impulsivity, relationship difficulties related to ADHD, rejection sensitive dysphoria (RSD), internalized shame, and the intersection of ADHD with anxiety or depression.

How We Work

Our therapists take a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach to ADHD. We use CBT, DBT, and skills-based interventions that are adapted to how ADHD actually presents in your life. Mo Martin, LPC-A brings personal experience as a neurodivergent therapist and has specific expertise supporting neurodivergent clients. The goal is not to make you function like a neurotypical person. It's to help you function well as yourself.

Who We Work With

We work with adults, young adults, and adolescents (10+) with ADHD, whether diagnosed or suspected. In-person sessions in Fort Worth and virtual sessions across Texas.
