THERAPIST (She/Her)

Alejandra Belluche, LPC

Healing isn’t always linear, and it rarely looks the same for everyone. I believe in meeting clients exactly where they are—with warmth, empathy, and practical tools that support lasting change. Whether you're feeling weighed down by anxiety, working through trauma, or navigating life transitions that leave you unsure of your next step, my goal is to walk alongside you with care and clarity.

I specialize in supporting adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of emotional challenges, including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and mood disorders. My approach to therapy is rooted in respect, curiosity, and adaptability, allowing us to focus on what matters most to you as your needs evolve over time.

In therapy, I draw from approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-focused care, and person-centered therapy. These evidence-based tools help us collaboratively unpack what’s no longer working—and build new ways of coping, communicating, and moving forward with intention. I believe healing involves not only insight, but action, and I’m here to support both.

As a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Spanish, I’m passionate about creating inclusive, culturally responsive spaces for clients who may be navigating multiple worlds—at home, in their communities, or within themselves. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you're returning to continue your growth, I’m here to support your process with care, consistency, and compassion.

The work we do together can help you feel more stable, more empowered, and more connected to the life you want to lead. It’s a privilege to do this work, and I’d be honored to walk with you on your path.
