Being autistic in a world built for neurotypical people is exhausting in ways that are hard to explain to someone who has not experienced it. The constant social translation, the sensory load, the effort of masking through interactions that come naturally to others, and often years of being told something is wrong with you when the truth is simply that you process the world differently.
Therapy at Mindful Possibilities for autistic clients is affirming, not corrective. We are not here to make you seem less autistic. We are here to support your wellbeing, your relationships, and your ability to live a life that actually fits you.

What We Help With
Autistic burnout and recovery, masking and the toll it takes, anxiety and sensory overwhelm, social navigation and relationships, identity and self-understanding, depression connected to years of misunderstanding or late diagnosis, navigating work and school, and the intersection of autism with ADHD, anxiety, and other co-occurring conditions.
How We Work
Mo Martin, LPC-A is a neurodivergent therapist with personal and clinical experience supporting autistic clients. Mo uses humanistic, person-centered, and existential approaches adapted to how autistic individuals actually experience the therapeutic process, and facilitates Unmask and Unwind, an open group for neurodivergent individuals.
Gabriela Padilla, LPC also has experience working with autistic clients and brings a warm, trauma-informed approach to supporting individuals and families navigating the challenges that often accompany an autism diagnosis.
Who We Work With
We work with autistic adults and adolescents (10+), including those with a formal diagnosis and those who are self-identified. In-person sessions in Fort Worth and virtual sessions across Texas.
