Bilingual Therapy in Fort Worth & Across Texas — English & Spanish

For many bilingual and bicultural individuals, the language you do therapy in matters more than it might seem. Some experiences are easier to access in the language you first lived them in. Some emotions have words in one language that do not translate cleanly into another. And some clients simply need a therapist who understands not just the words, but the cultural context behind them.

At Mindful Possibilities, we offer therapy in both English and Spanish with a clinician who is bilingual, bicultural, and trained to work with the specific experiences of clients navigating multiple cultural identities.

Who We Work With

Bilingual and bicultural adults, adolescents, and families who prefer to work in Spanish, English, or a combination of both. We also work with clients who are navigating the experience of living between cultures, managing family expectations, identity, and belonging in a world that does not always make space for that complexity.

What We Help With

Anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, family conflict, life transitions, bicultural identity and belonging, immigration-related stress, and any other mental health concern that benefits from culturally responsive, linguistically accessible care.
