Therapy for Ethically Non-Monogamous Relationships in Fort Worth & Across Texas
Ethical non-monogamy — which includes open relationships, polyamory, relationship anarchy, swinging, and other consensual non-monogamous structures — is increasingly common and still widely misunderstood, including by therapists. Finding a clinician who is genuinely affirming rather than quietly steering you back toward monogamy makes a real difference.
At Mindful Possibilities, ENM-affirming care means we start from the assumption that non-monogamous relationships can be healthy, functional, and fulfilling. We are here to help you navigate the real challenges that come with ENM, not to question whether your relationship structure is valid.
What We Help With
Communication and conflict in ENM relationships, jealousy and insecurity, navigating multiple relationships and the logistics and emotional labor involved, relationship transitions, coming out as non-monogamous to family or friends, ENM and parenting, and the intersection of ENM with anxiety, attachment, or trauma.
How We Work
Mo Martin, LPC-A has specific training and experience working with ENM clients and relationships. Mo brings a non-judgmental, affirming approach and understands the specific dynamics and challenges that are unique to non-monogamous structures. .
