Unmask and Unwind

Two young people sitting at a table outdoors, smiling and looking at their phones, with lush green plants in the background.

Are you finding life as a neurodivergent adult overwhelming, exhausting, or lonely? This group offers a space to be your own authentic self, free from the pressure to conform to a neurotypical world. Mo Martin, LPC-A (he/him), is a neurodivergent therapist with a passion for helping neurodivergent folks unlearn internalized ableism, gain confidence and self-acceptance, and work toward an authentic, unmasked life. This group will help you learn and practice skills that actually work for neurodivergent lives (No ABA here!) and provide opportunities for peer support and connection.

Unmask and Unwind is an open enrollment group. While it is recommended to attend consistently to get the most out of the group therapy experience, flexible attendance is permitted. This group is designed to provide a safe place to gain social confidence and build peer connection with other Neurodivergent folks, so members are welcome to continue attending group sessions after completing the curriculum.

This group is open to those with an official diagnosis, as well as those who are seeking diagnosis or suspect themselves to be neurodivergent.

Unmask and Unwind is offered in-person.

Sundays at 2:00 PM for adults 18+
