Unmask and Unwind
Are you finding life as a neurodivergent person overwhelming, exhausting, or lonely? This group offers a space to be your own authentic self, free from the pressure to conform to a neurotypical world. Mo Martin, LPC-A (he/they), is a neurodivergent therapist with a passion for helping neurodivergent folks unlearn internalized ableism, gain confidence and self-acceptance, and work toward an authentic, unmasked life. This group will help you learn and practice skills that actually work for neurodivergent lives (No ABA here!) and provide opportunities for peer support and connection.
Unmask and Unwind is an open enrollment group with a repeating 12-week curriculum cycle. Group members can gain the full experience of the group by attending any 12 consecutive sessions. Additionally, because this group is designed to provide a safe place to gain social confidence and build peer connection with other Neurodivergent folks, members are welcome to continue attending group sessions after completing the curriculum.
This group is open to those with an official diagnosis, as well as those who are seeking diagnosis or suspect themselves to be neurodivergent.
Unmask and Unwind is offered in two sections.
Sundays at 1:00 PM for teens 14-17
Sundays at 2:00 PM for adults 18+
