Therapy for Neurodivergent Adults & Teens in Fort Worth & Across Texas

Standard therapy was not designed with neurodivergent brains in mind. The expectation that you will sit still, maintain eye contact, process and respond in real time, and leave with a neat list of action items — that is a format that works for some people and actively does not work for others.

At Mindful Possibilities, we approach neurodivergence from a strengths-based, affirming perspective. We are not here to help you mask better or function more like a neurotypical person. We are here to help you understand yourself, build on what works, and navigate a world that was not built for your brain.

Who We Work With

Adults and teens with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, dyslexia and other learning differences, sensory processing differences, and those who are self-identified as neurodivergent without a formal diagnosis. We also work with people who are in the process of seeking an evaluation and want support in the meantime.

What We Help With

Internalized ableism and neurodivergent shame, masking and the exhaustion it causes, executive function challenges, emotional dysregulation, navigating relationships and social dynamics, anxiety and depression as they intersect with neurodivergence, burnout, identity exploration, and building a life that actually fits how you work.

Our Approach

Mo Martin, LPC-A is a neurodivergent therapist who brings both personal and clinical experience to this work. Mo facilitates Unmask and Unwind, an open group specifically for neurodivergent individuals focused on unlearning internalized ableism, building self-acceptance, and connecting with others who get it. The group meets regularly and is explicitly no-ABA in its approach.
