Personality Disorder Therapy in Fort Worth & Across Texas
Personality disorders affect how people think, feel, and relate to the world in ways that can cause significant distress and difficulty, in relationships, at work, and in day-to-day life. They're often misunderstood, underdiagnosed, or misdiagnosed, and many people live with the effects of a personality disorder for years before getting support that actually helps.
At Mindful Possibilities, we have therapists with specific training and experience in personality disorder treatment, not just general mental health care.
What We Treat
Borderline personality disorder (BPD), narcissistic personality disorder (NPD), avoidant personality disorder, dependent personality disorder, and other Cluster A, B, and C personality disorders. We also work with clients who have traits of a personality disorder without a formal diagnosis.
How We Work
Treatment for personality disorders requires structured, evidence-based approaches delivered by therapists who understand how these patterns develop and how to work with them effectively. Madeline James, LPC is DBT Certified and specializes in personality disorders. Robert Boes, LCSW-S has advanced training in DBT and ACT and extensive experience with this population. We use DBT, CBT, and other approaches tailored to each client's specific diagnosis and goals.
Who We Work With
We work with adults navigating personality disorders or related patterns. In-person sessions in Fort Worth and virtual sessions across Texas.
