Individual Therapy in Fort Worth & Across Texas

Sometimes life gets heavy — and trying to carry it alone only makes it heavier. Individual therapy offers you a dedicated space to slow down, process what you're experiencing, and build the skills and insight to move forward with more clarity and confidence. 

At Mindful Possibilities, our licensed therapists work one-on-one with adults and teens navigating a wide range of challenges — from anxiety, depression, and trauma to life transitions, identity, and relationship struggles. We don't offer a one-size-fits-all approach. Every client is matched with a therapist whose training, style, and specialties align with what they're actually working through. 

What to Expect

Your first session is about getting to know you — your history, your goals, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. From there, your therapist will work with you to build a treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs. Sessions are 50 minutes and held weekly or biweekly, depending on what works best for you. 

We offer both in-person sessions at our Fort Worth office and virtual sessions available to anyone in Texas. 

Approaches We Use

Our therapists are trained in a range of evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-focused approaches. Your therapist will draw on the methods that are most effective for your specific goals.

We work with adults (18+), young adults, and adolescents (10+). Whether you're new to therapy or returning for deeper work, you're welcome here.
