THERAPIST (She/Her)
Ashley Ketchum, LCSW
People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons—sometimes after a big life shift, other times when things feel off and hard to name. Whether you’re living with anxiety that won’t quiet down, using substances to cope, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I offer a calm, consistent space to explore what’s getting in the way and what healing could look like for you.
I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and older adults who are managing the impact of trauma, substance use, mood disorders, and everyday stressors that can quietly build over time. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, strengthen your ability to cope, and gain insight into the patterns shaping your experience—so that change starts to feel possible.
I draw from a range of evidence-based practices—including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care—which give me a variety of tools to support your individual needs. These approaches help guide the work we do together while allowing room to adapt to your goals, your pace, and the challenges that matter most to you.
I approach therapy with a steady presence and a belief that growth doesn’t always look dramatic—it often shows up in small shifts, clearer choices, and a greater sense of self-understanding. I’m here to walk with you through that process in a way that feels thoughtful, supportive, and aligned with where you are.
