Open Tabs

Do you ever feel like you’ve got too many open tabs open in your mind — thoughts, worries, emotions, or questions that never seem to close? Open Tabs is a weekly process group for adults (18+) who want a safe, supportive space to talk through whatever life brings. There’s no specific topic or diagnosis required — just a willingness to show up, share honestly, and connect with others who are also figuring things out.

Facilitated by Kaitlyn Dube and Hannah Gopin, Masters-Level Counseling Interns, Open Tabs offers a consistent time each week to pause, reflect, and process life in real time. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating change, managing stress, or simply need a place to breathe and be heard, this group provides a welcoming space to explore your experiences and emotions at your own pace.

Each session is grounded in empathy, respect, and authentic conversation — allowing you to find support, perspective, and connection with peers who understand that healing and growth happen best in community.

Open Tabs meets on Sundays at 11:00 AM, beginning November 2nd.
