What We Help Men With
Depression and emotional numbness, anger and irritability, relationship difficulties, work stress and identity tied to performance, anxiety, substance use, trauma, major life transitions, and the specific ways that mental health challenges tend to show up differently in men than in the standard clinical picture.
How We Work
Our therapists meet men where they are. That means practical, skills-based work when that is what is most useful, and deeper exploration when the time is right. Robert Boes, LCSW-S works specifically with men's issues and brings a direct, collaborative style to his work. Several other clinicians on our team also have experience working with male clients across a range of challenges.

We work with adult men and teen boys (10+). In-person sessions in Fort Worth and virtual sessions across Texas.
